A Fabulous Brushed with Beauty Floral Card

Hello friends! I have a fabulous Brushed with Beauty floral card for you today.

This is a floral card that was made for our Stampin’ Fancy Friday’s March challenge. We were to create any floral project and the Brushed with Beauty suite was the perfect choice for me. Not only are the flowers gorgeous, I love the coordinating colors of the suite!

In case you’re not familiar with this suite, it contains two stamp sets, an embossing folder, DSP, Vellum paper, and embellishments.

To make this card, I first started by adhering a piece of the DSP to a Crumb Cake card base. Then I dry embossed a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, placed a piece of Calypso Coral cardstock behind it diagonally, and adhered them on top of the DSP.

I then cut a bunch of stems and leaves out of the DSP and some Earthen Toned Metallic paper, using the coordinating dies. I stamped one large, three medium, and two small flower clusters on some Basic Beige cardstock using Calypso Coral, Darling Duckling, and Petal Pink ink. Then, I stamped the sentiments in Early Espresso ink and cut them all out with the dies as well.

The leaves were adhered to the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and some Dimensionals, then I placed the sentiments on top with even more Dimensionals. Afterwards, the flowers were adhered to the card with Dimensionals, and I added some Pressed Flower Motifs to tie it all together.
