This cute card, A Squirrely Give Thanks with Banner Year, is a card made from mishaps. It is a combination of pieces that I had “left over” after redesigning another card.
Have you ever started a card, made all of your elements, but didn’t finish it? I do this quite often. I change my mind on the design after I cut or stamp things, but I always keep those extra “left overs” that I didn’t end up using. Today they came together to make a very cute card.
This little squirrel is so cute! He is a stamp from the set called Banner Year. He seems to pair perfectly with the Arrange a Wreath bundle and the earthy tones.
By combing elements from my “left over” pieces, I am able to come up with different designs that I may have never thought of.
So tell me, what do you do with your “left overs”? I would love to know. Leave me a comment and let me know what you do with yours and what you think of this project.
