Art Gallery Birthday Diorama Bling

Today is a girly-girl card. It’s the Art Gallery Birthday Diorama Bling card and it’s pink, sparkly, and shining with gold.

Pink and gold make a striking combination. They really compliment each other well and you can find it in Expressions in Ink Specialty designer series paper (DSP).

Now, back to the card.

To make the card

• Begin with a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Polished Pink cardstock, score and fold at 4 1/4″ to form your card base.
• Adhere a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Expressions in Ink Specialty designer series paper (DSP) to the card base using Stampin’ SEAL.

• Crop a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Expressions in Ink DSP with the 2nd largest Layering Diorama die using your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine.
• Adhere your cropped piece of DSP to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Polished Pink cardstock using Stampin’ SEAL.
• Place your layered piece on your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine, lay the 3rd largest Layering Diorama die on it, and crop the cardstock to give you a layering edge.

• Attach the cropped, layered pieces to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Time for the details

• Stamp the flower on a piece of Basic White cardstock using Polished Pink ink for the base and Magenta Madness for the detailed layer and stamp the leaves using Pear Pizzazz ink.
• Crop the flower and leaves with the Floral Gallery dies using your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine.
• Stamp over the flower with the detailed stamp using Versamark ink and press some Gilded Leafing into it, being sure to remove the excess.
• Adhere the flower together with Stampin’ SEAL and attach to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Stamp the sentiment on a 5/8″ x 2 7/8″ piece of Basic White cardstock using Polished Pink ink.
• Punch the ends of the sentiment using the Banners Pick a Punch and adhere to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Tie a small bow of the Fine Art ribbon and attach to the card using a Glue Dot.
• Attach two 2021-2022 In Color Jewels as shown.
