Blackberry Bliss, Crumb Cake, and Pool Party for #TGIFC436

Today’s card is a Blackberry Bliss, Crumb Cake, and Pool Party color combo for #TGIFC436.

Who doesn’t love a good color challenge? I know that I do and when I saw this one, I had a few thoughts about it. At first I thought, wow, what a pretty color combination. Then, when I started formulating a plan, my thought was, what in the world am I going to make with this combo.

As I was flipping though my various stamp sets, I came across the Nature’s Prints stamp set and realized that it would be the perfect choice. Once I started creating with it, I circled back around to the thought of wow, what a pretty color combination!

It is amazing how that works and I am just thrilled with the way this card turned out. I liked it so much in fact, that I decided to do a video on how I made it so that you can make it too!

The step=by-step process to make this card can be found below, but first, here are the paper measurements.

• Blackberry Bliss – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″ and a piece of scrap
• Pool Party – 4″ x 5 1/4″ and a piece of scrap
• Basic White – 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ and a piece of scrap
• Crumb Cake – a piece of scrap
