I am happy to share the October 2020 Paper Pumpkin Alternatives today. This Christmas card trio was fun to make and gives you even more possibilities to an already great kit.

I have added just a few items to each card but kept the color palette the same as the kit.
The first alternative uses the envelope liner as designer series paper. It is so pretty that it needs to be put on display!

To make this card, you will need a couple of additional items. One item is Whisper White card stock. It provides the base for the card and makes a great background for the sentiment.
Speaking of the sentiment, it is cut out with the Stitched Nested Labels. I know what you’re thinking, the layered label behind it must be Crumb Cake. Well, it is not. It is actually the backside of one of the cards that came with the kit!
The only thing that did not come in the kit was a little bling, so I added my own. A few Wonderful Gems and a little Wink of Stella give it some sparkle.

The second card incorporates some Cherry Cobbler card stock and a Cherry Cobbler watercolor pencil. Everything else is provided in the kit.

The last alternative highlights the color Just Jade. It is such a pretty color of green and the wreath looks gorgeous in it, especially when paired with Gold Foil.
For this one, you will need some Just Jade card stock, a Just Jade Stampin’ Blend, an Early Espresso ink pad, and some Elegant Faceted Gems.

I tried to keep these alternatives simple so that they could be made without having a lot of other supplies on hand. Sometimes I find alternatives that are really great, but if you don’t have the other items that are used in them, you cannot replicate them.
I would love to hear from you. Please let me know what you think of my October 2020 Paper Pumpkin Alternatives.
