I have a fun no tricks and all treats card for you today, made with the Spooky Halloween bundle.
In July, our Stampin’ Fancy Friday challenge was to make something from the Online Exclusives, and I chose the Spooky Halloween bundle.
The Spooky Halloween stamp bundle is part of the Spooky Sweet Suite. It not only includes the stamp bundle, but has some fun DSP, embellishments, ribbon, and treat bags too!
The DSP is called Spooky Sweet and comes with some fun die cuts, like the tree and bats that you can see on my card. The ribbon is Petunia Pop (one of my favorites), and there are Shimmer Star Foam Stickers. And, if you are into giving out treats, then the matching Iridescent Treat Bags will be a big hit!
The main reason that I fell in love with this set is the cute animals. I just love the little cat and dog!!
To make the card
This card came together pretty easily. The first thing that I did was glue a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Petunia Pop cardstock on a Basic Black card base. Then I took the tree die cut, adhered it to a 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ piece of Spooky Suite DSP (all but the left side), trimmed off the excess, and put it on top.
Next, I created some light for my die cut house by placing a piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock behind it. It got tucked behind the tree and I placed a Pecan Pie die cut fence in front of it.
I stamped my cute little animals in Tuxedo Memento black ink and colored them with my Stampin’ Blends. I die cut those out, as well as my sentiment, and all were attached to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Lastly, I added some die cut bats and some Shimmer Star Foam Stickers to tie it all together.
