Layers of Beauty in Everyday Arches for #TGIFC540

Happy Friday! Today, I have a card made with the Layers of Beauty stamp set in Everyday Arches dies.

This card was designed for #TGIFC540, where our theme this week is arches.

#TGIFC540 - arches

Choosing to use the Everyday Arches dies seemed like a no-brainer for me. They are a set of dies made up of nothing but arches. The set can be found in the online exclusives.

I paired the arches with the beautiful stamp set called Layers of Beauty. It has coordinating decorative masks that help you color the roses like a true professional. Both can be found on page 100 of the 2025 annual catalog.

To make this card, I created 4 duplicate images of the roses, all on a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Basic White cardstock. The images were stamped with Tuxedo Memento black ink and colored with blending brushes and the following ink colors.

Once I had four duplicate images, I die cut each one with a different sized arch, and trimmed down the cardstock to help reduce the bulk on my card.

To show the different layers of arches, I dabbed a small amount of Berry Burst ink around the opening of each arch with a Sponge Dauber. Then, I adhered them to a Basic White Thick card base using multiple layers of Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Here is a close up of all those layers!

Next, I worked on my sentiment. It is heat embossed with some white embossing powder, then cut out with a die from the Nested Essentials dies. One of my favorites!

To complete the card, I added five Iridescent Foil Gems for a little bling.

    • Thank you so much! It was a lot of fun to make and all the arches left a lot of extra pieces for more cards.❤️
