Painted Lavender Easel Calendar

I have a fun Easel Calendar for you today. It is made with one of the new, upcoming, suites called Perennial Lavender.

Painted Lavender Easel Calendar

Calendars are always fun to make and they make great gifts. The addition of the post it pad and pen ensures that you always have something close to jot down a quick note. It’s a great combination and is perfect for any desk.

This calendar is made with the new Perennial Lavender suite. It’s a gorgeous collection of purples and a neutral kraft paper color. Included in this suite are are two stamp bundles, but today’s project is made with just one of them, called Painted Lavender.

This beautiful collection is available to order on January 4th.

To make the calendar, you will need the following papers;

Crumb Cake

  • 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
  • 4” x 5 ¼”, scored on the short side at ½”, 2”, & 3 ½”

Gorgeous Grape

  • 4” x 5 ¼”
  • 4 ½” x 5 ½”, scored on the short side at ½” & 4” and on the long side at 2 ½” & 3”

Perennial Lavender DSP

  • 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”
  • 3 3/8” x 2 3/8”

Here is a short video with instructions on how to make it.

Remember, if you don’t have the same products that I have used, you can always substitute with any that you do have. It will not look exactly the same, but I’m sure it will be just as beautiful.

  2. Love this easel card! I’m going to case it but rather than a calendar I plan to use a greeting for birthday cards/ thinking of you cards, for my stamping friends! I try to make something special each year! Thanks so much for the dimensions and video and the information for the pens ( the quality for the silver pens was great).
The various 3×3 Kraft post it type notes are just a bit darker than S U Crumb Cake but still look really nice!
Did you use the 60 sheet notes?
    Thanks so much

    • Thank you so much Dawn! I think your plan about the cards sound great!! The note pads that I used are 100 sheet pads. You are right, these are a little darker than Crumb Cake, but it is so hard to tell online sometimes. The brand that I purchased was just ok, so I might try another next time. Have fun with your cards, I’m sure your stamping friends are just going to love them.💗
