Happy Happy Happy

I’ve titled today’s card Happy Happy Happy, because well, it makes me Happy! It’s so bright and cheery that happy captures it perfectly.

Happy Happy Happy

The vibrant color palette consists of the following colors:

Making this card was quite easy with the help of my stamparatus. The words lined up perfectly just by moving one of the plates up or down a notch.

Happy Happy Happy

To make this card

  • Begin with a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Coastal Cabana card stock, score and fold at 4 1/4″ to form your card base.
  • Adhere a 1 1/2″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Coastal Cabana Brights designer series paper (DSP) to the left side of the card, leaving a small border, with Stampin’ SEAL.
  • Place a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Basic White card stock on your Stamparatus. Line the “happy” stamp up on the right-hand side of the paper and stamp using the following colors: Melon Mambo, Mango Madness, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana, and Highland Heather. There’s no need to adjust your stamp on the plate, just move your plate up or down one notch and the stamp will line up perfectly. (hint- if you are unable to move the plate in either direction, turn the cardstock 90 degrees on the other edge, your stamp should still line up perfectly, and you will be able to move it in the direction you need.)
  • Crop the left edge of the Basic White piece with the Curvy die using your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine. Adhere to the right side of the card using Stampin’ SEAL.
  • On a piece of Basic White card stock, stamp the following: two medium flowers in Melon Mambo and three small flowers in Daffodil Delight.
  • Using your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine again, crop out the following with the Pretty Petals dies: the flowers that you just stamped, two skinny flowers in Melon Mambo card stock, and six small leaves in Granny Apple Green card stock.
  • Adhere the two skinny Melon Mambo cut-outs to the Melon Mambo flowers, along with two leaves to each, using Glue Dots.
  • Overlap two of the small yellow flowers, adhere together, and attach two leaves to them using a glue dot.
  • Adhere the yellow flowers to the card using Stampin’ SEAL and the Melon Mambo flowers using Stampin’ Dimensionals as shown.
  • Attach five Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the flower centers as shown.
