A Berry Blessings Raspberry Spritzer

Who doesn’t enjoy a nice refreshing drink? The Berry Blessings Raspberry Spritzer is sure to be a special treat and does look like it would quench your thirst.

A Berry Blessings Raspberry Spritzer

When I saw the raspberries in the Berry Blessing stamp set, I immediately thought of putting them in a jar. The two just seem to go hand in hand and the Jar of Flowers stamp set made it come to life.

The layout is a relatively simple one and the color palette is a nice mix.

To Make this Card

  • Begin with a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Rich Razzleberry card stock, score and fold at 4 1/4″ to form your card base.
  • Sandwich a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Purple Posy card stock in the Tasteful Textile embossing folder. Run it though your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine, and adhere to the card base.
  • Cut 3 pieces of Berry Delightful designer series paper (DSP) measuring 1″ x 3 3/4″ and 3 pieces of Rich Razzleberry card stock measuring 1 1/4″ x 4″.
  • Adhere the DSP to the Rich Razzleberry pieces and attach them to the card using Stampin’ SEAL. (hint- if you place the middle one first, it is easier to space them all out equally)
  • Stamp the jar on a 1 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ piece of Basic White card stock using Smoky Slate ink. Stamp a raspberry inside it using Rich Razzleberry ink.
  • Place the diagonal stripe stamp on a block and place it over the jar (Do not use ink). The “straw” will be too long, so determine the length that you will need to use and place a sticky note on top of your block marking it.
  • Place a small strip of paper over the threads of the jar. Ink up your straw (only to the marked line) and stamp it over the jar using Melon Mambo ink. (the picture below does not depict the correct size of card stock)

  • Stamp the liquid line in the jar using Rococo Rose ink and color it in using Purple Posy Stampin’ Blends.
  • Layer the jar on to a 2″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Rich Razzleberry card stock. Adhere it to the card using Stampin’ SEAL.
  • Stamp a raspberry and a set of leaves on a piece of Basic White card stock using Rich Razzleberry and Granny Apple Green ink.
  • Fussy cut the raspberry and leaves out, adhere them together, and attach to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals. (fussy cut means to cut out with your Paper Snips)
  • Stamp your sentiment on a piece of Basic White card stock using Rich Razzleberry ink. Punch out using the Double Oval punch.
  • Punch out a piece of Rich Razzleberry card stock using the Double Oval punch. Adhere the sentiment to it, and attach to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
